Anne Rice

Anne Rice is best known for her series The Vampire Chronicles of which two novels were made into the films “Interview with a Vampire” and “Queen of the Damned”. She was a New Orleans native who took the mystery of her hometown paired with her own religious upbringing and wove them into a tragic tale about finding meaning in life amid the sorrow and grief. Rice has never shied away from discussing using her painful past to fuel her supernatural thrillers and has plenty of advice for using your experiences to bring your writings to life.
