A Moment of Calm

This week, let's have moment of calm.

A Moment of Calm - 1. Take a moment to focus on your breathing. Make sure that you take slow breaths in, and even slower breaths out. 2. Now that your breath is steady, try to clear your mind. If a thought comes in, do your best to let it drift away without focusing on it. 3. After maintaining a clear headspace for a little while, try to think about houw this made you feel. Were you more relaxed, or mor stressed? - A Quick Writing Prompt: How often are you able to set aside time for yourself? Do you think that more time to rest would help you on a daily basis?
