Our lead time fluctuates but the current crafting lead time will be listed at the top of our website. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date lead time as well as an estimated ship date. If you have a deadline you need your order by, please mention it on the "Order Note" section on the cart page or reach out to us about it. Orders with 2-Day or Overnight shipping will be prioritized.

Yes! All of our products are designed to be refilled! You can find refills in stores such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Office Depot. We also offer them here: Refills.

The Murdy No. 1 holds regular letter paper punched with a standard three hole punch. The Murdy No. 2 holds hardcover journals (such as a Moleskine and Leuchtturm1917). The Murdy No. 3 holds a regular legal pad secure with three steel posts through the back cardboard cover, or via the optional slide in pocket. The Murdy No. 5 holds regular letter paper punched either with a standard three hole punch or top two hole punch. The Murdy No. 7 holds softcover saddle stitch journals (such as the Composition notebook). Our YouTube channel has video tutorials on how to refill the Murdy No.1 as well as replacing the insert for the Murdy No. 2.

Yes you can! Click on the blue "Add Custom Logo Engraving" button on the product listings to design your own mock-up in real time. For other products or assistance, send us an email at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with information on what you would like engraved and files of the images attached. We will provide you with a free mock-up and custom order link. We can also engrave custom text and fonts. We cannot engrave copyright protected images such as military seals, for example, without written permission to use the image for this purpose. Colorful images, gradients, and photographs do not work as well with our laser engraving software.

Non-Bulk Order Refund/Return

Orders placed for less than $750 or 10 items must contact Sales@MurdyCreative.co to discuss the return and receive authorization and return instructions. Unless special circumstances are applicable, the cost of shipping and any custom engravings will not be eligible for refund. If we made a mistake in crafting, we will be happy to refund the full amount.

Bulk Order Refund/Restock

Orders placed for more than or equal to $750 or 10 or more items, whichever is applicable, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% once production has begun or after 24 hours, whichever comes first. Bulk orders with any customization are non-returnable, nor are they eligible for refund.

Please include your order number on the outside of the package as well as the email chain with approval of return in the package! Once we received your returned item, we will review it and be in contact with you to issue the refund.

We do offer bulk discounts for large one time purchases based off the quantity ordered. To take advantage of these, simply add your desired quantity to the cart and the discount will automatically apply for that amount. For a breakdown of the quantity discount percentages please send an email inquiry to Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with your desired quantity.

Unfortunately with the way our shop is set up, we are currently unable to make custom cut products or alter existing ones. If you have an idea for something you think we should offer, please send us an email at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with your suggestion. Feedback from people like you has shaped our products and we appreciate your ideas.

Our leather is designed to last for decades. From time to time our leather may require some additional care. We recommend using saddle soap such as Fiebing's White Saddle Soap to buff out scratches and scuffs. Our premium leather is infused with a natural wax layer through both sides of the hide, rendering them both waterproof and virtually maintenance free. Over time the leather will gain a patina from elements such as sunlight, oils from hands, humidity, temperature, or ambient aerosolized particles. It is impossible to know how these variables will change the look of the leather, however it is almost always for the better.
