2. Larger than life characters - Both Poirot and Mrs Marple couldn’t be more different but were always memorable due to to their larger than life personas.
3. Provide a plot twist - Agatha Christie thrived on making her readers second-guess themselves by introducing massive plot twists towards the end of her works.
