The VIP Program renews monthly

It will renew automatically using the same card used for the initial purchase, to change that card, log in (see instructions in the "Can I cancel anytime?" response) and you will be able to update it where you manage your subscription.

Yes! In store credit is yours. It is updated after each month's payment goes through and is tied to your account. If you leave the program, you keep it, but will lose access to the other program perks.

If a card fails, we will attempt it again in 2 days. This will repeat 3 times and then the membership will be canceled. Update your payment method in your user account to change the card used for membership renewal.
