Created around the classic 5"×8" mini legal pad, our Memo Cut is a compact writing cover for notes, lists, and everyday writing. Its slip-cover construction uses a slot in the back to hold the writing pad securely in place while allowing it to be quickly removed and replaced.

Designed for large-format writing, our Tabloid Cut provides an expansive surface for notes, sketches, planning, and more. Compatible with 11"×17" paper folded in half, as well as 8.5"×11" softcover notebook inserts, it offers the flexibility to use printed pages or your preferred notebook.

Our Pocket Cut Murdy No. 7 Refillable Leather Cover is created for the writer, traveler, office, and everyone else. Created with the busy writer in mind, our cover uses an innovative, rod binding construction, to allow for any 3.5" x 5.5" saddle stitched softcover notebook refill.

Our Memo Cut Murdy No. 8 Refillable Leather Slip Cover is created for the writer, traveler, office, and everyone else. Built to work with the classic legal pad (5"x8"), this slip cover uses a slot in the back to hold a writing pad securely in place. The size is also perfect to carry folded sheets of paper tucked inside the cover.

Our Tabloid Cut Murdy No. 7 Refillable Leather Cover is created with the busy writer in mind, our cover uses an innovative, rod binding construction, to allow for up to 30 sheets of 11" x 17" 24lb paper.

About Our Leather

Our leather is 6–8 oz. full-grain cowhide, chrome and oil tanned in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Infused with a natural wax blend throughout the hide, it is waterproof, low in water absorption, and virtually maintenance-free. Liquids bead up and roll off rather than soaking in.

Our leather will naturally develop a rich patina over time through exposure to air, sunlight, natural oils, and everyday use. If needed, it can be cleaned with a soft, damp microfiber cloth, while saddle soap can be used to remove heavier dirt and help condition the leather. Thanks to the leather’s natural oils and waxes, most light surface scratches can simply be buffed out using the warmth of your finger.

As a natural material, each piece is one of a kind and may feature unique markings and characteristics.
